I can give information regarding car engineering at LPU university because I am an LPU alumnus. One of my friends was also enrolled in B.Tech Automobile. I'll go through a few key points of LPU, and I hope that helps. Automobile engineering benefits from LPU. Good placements in both core and software companies. Apart from participating in other activities such as go-karting, project expos, and entertainment events such as One India, One World, and so on. Practical learning as well as informative guest talks. LPU provides a lot of opportunities to each and every eligible student for good placement. LPU is rated as 11th Best in India fro

Hi,
Anna University is good college for MBA under the TANCET category. The placements are pretty okay. Also SSN and PSG placements are taken care by the placement cell of the college. But the preferences are more given to the students with higher scores. The Average Package – INR. 5 Lacs to 6 Lacs as starting.

Anna University fees structure is like Rs. 36,250 per year that would totally cost you Rs. 1,45,000 for the 4 years of your B.Tech degree. Placements are better in LPU because of a large number of companies visiting the campus of LPU, a great infrastructure, world-class facilities. Good and average packages both can be achieved here in LPU that depends on the students potential.

The Material Science programme at CEG is more test-oriented than research or employment oriented. The tests are monotonous. Every year, they repeat the same pattern of questions. If you bootlick the professors, you can get really good marks. There was this thermodynamics sir who didn't even teach at all. The curriculum was very poor. There were no Ceramics, Polymers units in detail. What is the use of naming the dept. Materials Science if you are only going to teach Metallurgy? Placements are very poor. Most of them were placed in IT companies. Only one or two in core. For GATE, you have to prepare on your own. Only a few professors li

Anna University is one of the best universities in India. With the level of discipline in the campus, it stands head to head with other great Universities in India. The placement there is pretty good, but for the branch you queried is not so popular, so you'll be getting less opportunities than other branches.
