With a rank of 608 in Andhra Pradesh EDCET, you have a good chance of securing a seat in various universities and colleges offering BEd programs. You should be able to get into good government or private institutions, depending on your preferences and the specific cutoffs for those institutions. To get a personalized list of colleges, you can use a college predictor tool from Shiksha or consult with a counseling expert.

AP EDCET rank 557 is quite a good rank. Since you mentioned that you belong to the BCD category and are female, your chances of securing every seat at Andhra University are high.
The BCD candidates have a reservation of about 7% of the total seats. Being a female candidate also gives you an advantage due to the additional reservation for women which is usually 33% in each category.
And by analysing your rank, with a rank of 557 you are likely to be within the cut off range for Andhra University.
