Still, it's not officially declared yet by AIT SAP or Apeejay School of Architecture and Planning regarding the cutoff for the academic year 2024.
But if previous years' trends are to be taken into account, a cutoff mark for the B.Arch. course through UPTAC may be expected to rank around 167 for the 1st round, going up in subsequent rounds.
So, for this year, ensure that you keep checking with the official website or UPTAC portal regarding all these pertinent updates about the cutoff. Also, make sure you keep track of the dates for registration for exams like NATA important in the admission process.

Absolutely, the APEJAY School of Architecture and Planning is mostly Tier-2 in terms of educational institutions. Quality education with the practical input and industrial exposure would,
however, not hold such ranks in Tier 1 as IITs or NITs would do for colleges therein. Good infrastructure, placement, etc., for students but most probably limited in reach concerning the premier corporate houses. Good at best for those students aspirants who want to take that into education without that much precision into the topmost institutions.

The minimum qualification for a candidate to be considered for admission to the B.Arch programme at Apeejay School of Architecture and Planning is to have completed the 10+2 level with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
The candidates should have an appropriate score in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) or JEE Main in order to be considered for further admission into the program. The above are in addition to other eligibility criteria as prescribed by the university in terms of age or education levels.

Ours is the only offer-Apeejay School of Architecture and Planning. Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) would undergo years of studying hard to combine the creative art with the scientific and technological developments which they apply in architecture.
After five years of study, students would be equipped with the necessary skills in preparing them to meaningfully contribute into the field of architecture and urban planning.
In addition, the school also trains students to get a Master's degree in Architecture (M.Arch.), in which students will pursue courses such as advanced design and architectural theory.

Apeejay School of Architecture and Planning does not have a very tough admission criterion, but it does require candidates to fulfil certain eligibility norms.
The candidates must have passed their 10+2 with the above-mentioned subjects along with a NATA score or JEE Main score for architecture entrance. After meeting both the qualifications, the candidates then must attend the AKTU counseling for the final allotment of the seat. Good academic qualification and a good score in the entrance exams are keys to inducing admission into it.

APEJAY School of Architecture and Planning (AIT SAP) of Greater Noida is good enough for budding architects. The college boasts of good infrastructure along with other student necessitating facilities- hostels, cafeterias, and sporting amenities.
The faculty at the institute is said to be pretty well rated, and several teachers go out of their way to hold extra classes and support whenever required.
Placement opportunities are, meanwhile, not very convincing, and the university doesn't boast much industry connection for students.
Students have good views about academics and infrastructure but are worried regarding the exam results a
