Candidates who have completed their class 12th studies or equivalent studies from a recognised Board. Mathematics should be one of the main subjects. Candidates should have cleared their Class 12th qualifying exams with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for SC/ST candidates). Diploma holders in relevant discipline. To be eligible for a Diploma in Architecture course after Class 10, a candidate must have completed 10+2 (or equivalent) from a recognised board with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. However, National Institute of Open Schooling NIOS is a recognised board and its students are eligible for admission to Diploma in Architecture course if they have completed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. I would suggest Chandigarh University because it offers a CUCET exam by which you can get a scholarship of up to 100% and it also gives scholarship on the basis of your JEE Main score. A five-year, full-time undergraduate programme leading to the degree of "Bachelor of Architecture" is available. For candidates to acquire the art of designing, planning, and building physical structures of various types, the course combines theoretical and practical expertise. To pursue architecture, you should have completed your 12th examination with Math-Science with a minimum of 75%. You can either appear for JEE Paper-2 or NATA based on the admission criteria of your preferred college.

No, you can't because the cut-off for Mains is 75 percent in 12th class. It doesn't matter how many marks in JEE marks you have, you should have 75 percent in 12th.
