Hello Jayanth,
PCM in class 12th. Admission will be based on percentage in class 12th (PCM) and score in entrance exams such as NATA or JEE Main. Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) is:
Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Maths) with English or equivalent, subject to qualifying marks as per NATA 2019 or JEE Main (Paper II) or qualifying marks in any specially designed aptitude test in Architecture conducted by the competent authority of the Central/ State Governments (as/ if allowed by statutory body for 2019-20). 50% marks in 10+2 with mathematics as a compulsory subject.
2. JEE Main. 2 Architec

No, you are not eligible. I would advise you to take on an M.Com first before thinking about anything else and if you want to go somewhere else then search more deeply.
