You are not eligible for NATA with your 12th subjects (Maths, Physics, Geography, English, Urdu) because Chemistry is mandatory along with Maths and Physics. NATA requires candidates to have studied PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) in Class 12 or hold a 10+3 Diploma with Maths as a subject.

With 94% in 12th and 91 in NATA, you have a great shot at top government B.Arch colleges in Kerala like GEC Thrissur, TKM College Kollam, and RIT Kottayam. With a 72% in your board exam and a 92.9 percentile in JEE Main (Paper 2), getting admission into NIT or VNIT for B.Arch is possible, but might be challenging for top NITs, especially in general category. Your percentile is decent, but the 72% in boards might be a limiting factor as NITs usually require a minimum of 75% (or be in the top 20 percentile).

The latest cutoff for B.Arch. at the Faculty of Architecture and Ekistics, Jamia Millia Islamia, is around 137 in NATA and 90 percentile in JEE Main Paper-2 for the general category. Reserved categories have slightly lower cutoffs. Admission is based on NATA or JEE Main scores along with 10+2 marks with PCM and English.
