SPA Delhi facilitates foreign candidates admissions to BPlan via DASA. Currently, DASA 2026 cutoff is not out. The same will be updated here once the data is released. Based on current trends, the cutoff may range form 1 - 50 for BArch and 50 - 150 for BPlan. This is based on info from sources on web and is subject to change.

SPA Delhi has a total of 44 seats under BPlan programme. This shows that only 44 students can take admission in the porgramme in a single academic year. Moreover students must note that stated seat intake is as per official sources. However it is subject to change.

Yes, the School of Planning and Architecture Delhi (SPA Delhi) reserves a certain amount of seats for candidates belonging to the physically challenged category. As per the official brochure, five percent of the total seats are reserved for Physically Challenged Persons. Such candidates must furnish the proof while reporting for the document verification process.

No, SPA Delhi BPlan admissions are purely entry-based. As per an official document, the institute accepts JEE Main Paper-II scores for admission to UG courses, including BPlan. Thus, students seeking admission to this programme must register and appear for the JEE Main Paper-II. After appearing for the exam, they must participate in the subsequent JoSAA counselling process.
