The eligibility requirements mandate a minimum of 50% marks in the Bachelor's Degree and candidates must also have a valid score in the CAT/MAT/CMT entrance examination. Candidates with a valid score in the Entrance Test conducted by the university will also be deemed eligible and they will have to appear for a group discussion before the final admission.

According to student's, College of Commerce, Arts and Science, Magadh University is 7 out of 10 in ratings. In Academics it is 8.2 out of 10, in Accomodation it is 4.7 out of 10, In Faculties it is 8.2 out of 10 and in placement it is 6.1 out of 10. So it is Good for students, Academics and placements too.

Students can get application forms from the college or through the University or online from the official website of the University. 

Magadh University is located in Gaya, Bihar. the largest universities in Bihar; established in the year 1962. This state university is approved by AICTE and UGC. NAAC has accredited this the largest university in Bihar with a grade of C. There are 44 constituent colleges and 24 PG departments. The university has been offering various undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD courses.

The College of Commerce, Arts and Science, Magadh University (COCAS) has decent placements. About 60-70% of students get placed in their courses. The lowest salary offered was Rs 50,000 per month, and the highest salary package offered was 2 LPA.
