Hi Sukanta,
1. Start practice to sing regularly, just like you eat every day.
2. Learn about your favorite musical instrument, and sing songs simultaneously with playing it. This helps a lot to complete a song in stipulated time and you will learn new tunes that are necessary during music composition
3. Keep in mind things like Raag, Sur, when to moderate your voice, etc. These things come from practice so hard work is the key.
4. Finally, when you're confident enough, you can try for reality shows for fame. They are a great platform for success these days.
