Asia Pacific is a better option when compared with Apeejay, the quality of education and exposure is very good at Asia Pacific. The faculty members are very experienced and focus more on practical knowledge and skills that are actually required in the corporate sector and current market scenarios.

Definitely you can ,but as you have mentioned not having 50% in graduation it could be problem or obstacle during placement as for core finance job most MNC demands 55-60% in/upto graduation and in sales some top FMCG /Pharma companies having good stable profile ask 50% in graduation to mitigate mass gathering .
Kindly check this directly with placement head /TPO(training & placement officer) directly to avoid any adverse or dicey situation during placement.
