If you wish to take Space Science for your further studies, you are on good track. Space Science is one of the most emerging fields in current World, especially in India. In my opinion you should take Physics in graduation and Masters in astrophysics. (Astrophysics is a broader term covering other planets, galaxies, black holes, etc. ). .

The latest cutoff information for M.Sc. in Physics at Inter-University Centre for Astronomy and Astrophysics 50 to 80 percentage and fee structure is 5k to 5lakhs per year as it's a two year course

If you are interested in space Science. To become a scientist, the best option is to go for aerospace engineering as the first choice of graduation course. Moreover, you can do Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Agriculture Engineering, Geophysics, etc. After all not all scientists observe space, some work on building up and controlling rockets and rovers too. It all depends on how many vacancies are available in the Indian Space Research Organisation. Usually, the Indian Space Research Organisation exam is held every year in form of the ISRO Centralized Recruitment Board (ICRB). If there are more requirements for engineers, sometimes it may happen 2 to 3 times a year. There is a requirement for each center, so sometimes center-wise vacancy is also available.
