B.Sc Astrophysics is a three year degree course intended to relate concepts of Physics with astronomy and related sciences. Eligibility Criteria : A student aspiring to take admission in B.Sc. Astronomy should have passed 12th class examination with a minimum of 50% marks and minimum age should be about 17 years. You must have completed your Bachelor's degree in mathematics or Physics from a recognised university. You will be only able to get admission in good colleges for this course if you have higher % of marks in graduation. Separated entrance examinations are conducted by the different colleges for this course.

No, you don't have to repeat your class 12th, but if you just want to improve your score you can go for betterment examination while preparing for other entrance examination for.

Eligibility Criteria (UG & PG) of Astrology. Students from any streams such as Arts, Commerce, or Science are welcome to apply for this field yes you can go for astronomy in general. However, specialisation or jobs in astronomy field is all together a different story. For Astronomy as a career, you need to have good grasp on Physics and Maths (PCM) in general and these subjects are mandatory at school and college level.
