Space Science include many fields such as cosmology, Astronomy, Astrology, Stellar Science, planetary Science, space medicine, etc. You being from biology background must go with medicine, as it is the most appropriate for you than other fields.

Hello,
It depends on which space Science stream you opt. Mostly Maths is compulsory for these streams, but may be some space life streams or study of impacts from living very long in space, are available like a special medical field for astronauts.

Hindu is a good college but any college in DU would do great. You can also try for Stephen's. I would suggest you to do some internship with organisations like ISRO, NASA, etc.
