There is not big of a difference between these two courses but B.A. Aviation course is comparatively a better course for candidates who are want jobs in management and operation and want to shape their career in managing responsibilities.

Definitely aviation gives you High salary after B.Com but if you do MBA, CA and CS like professional courses then aviation is not able to give that much salary.
