Hello Odisha, To become pilot one needs to apply and get admission in a flying School. The eligibility of such schools is 12th standard. As you have done aeronautical engineering you are definitely eligible to seek admission in flying schools but whether you will get the licence or not will depend on what your doctors say about your medical condition. You approach your regular physician and ask him to check as per the DGCA requirements. The doctor will know what these are. Best wishes to you.

GFTS has an average student intake of 20-25 per batch for CPL program. The duration of CPL course is approximately 24 months which includes compulsory minimum flying requirement of 200 hours (as per DGCA guidelines). The CPL program also include theoretical courses in Air Regulation, Air Navigation, Meteorology,Aircraft General, Technical specific Aircraft & Engines.
Eligibility criteria (CPL) :
1. Min Age 17 Yrs.
