There are three options for girls to become pilots in Indian Air Force
1. AFCAT choose flying branch when you are filling the application form
2. CDS Choose air force as first priority
3. NCC
You could have PCM in class 12th as well. Try to get good marks and study hard. Quite recently Indian air force got its first three women fighter pilots. Plenty of opportunities waits girls in the military.

Broadly, there are two routes that enable one to pursue aviation as a career. Route 1:Civil Aviation (Non-Military Aviation/ Commercial Pilot);
Route 2: Indian Defence Forces (Air Force)
Subject Requirements to Become a Commercial Pilot
To pursue Aviation as a career, you need to opt for Science stream Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry being compulsory subjects. If you do not have Physics and Maths in your higher secondary, then after completing or alongside that you have the option of doing these two subjects from National Institute of open Schooling and then start your Pilot training course that permits you to take off flights approve

The jobs you could get consists of. Aircraft maintenance staff, ground staff, radio staff, ticket checker, announcement staff and such.
Although, most girls gets in the management jobs only i. e., the monitoring, and ticket generator.
