There are no typical cutoffs for this. You just have to pass 12th. Basically, you need to have maths and physics in your 11th and 12th. Don't worry if you don't have we have got ways to sort it out by cracking exams of maths and physics of NIOUS [National Institute of Open University Schooling] and as usual, you have to get your 10th and 12th Certificates Verification done from the respective boards, for which the flying school will assist you with verification letter requests. You need be atleast 152 cms tall.
After you are done with it, get your medical class 2 done and then search for your ideal flying school and get admitted there. Medical class 1 will be taken care by the institute where you are flying from. You will have to clear about 6 exams and about 210 to 220 hours of flying which includes Single engine with instructor till the time the institute is confident on you, so fly amazingly. The 6 exams are:
Technical general: it is a general knowledge about how an aircraft works
Technical specific: its study about a specific aircraft on which u r doing your CPL on.
Navigation: how to reach different places from your point, calculating distances, estimating time and fuel consumption,
Regulations: rules and regulations to be followed while flying,
Meteorology: study of atmosphere
Radio Telephony * [RT]* : Composite exam of Regulations, Metrology and Navigation followed by an Interview. To become a pilot, the minimum qualification required is: 12th passed out, with maths and physics. Complete your 12th standard with maths and physics [even if not, we have got ways to sort it out].
Go to place where someone is providing: Ground training for DGCA exams for CPL, if you are unable to find something like that, then you can message me, I'll find you a good option.

Work really hard for exams and clear all the 6 exams, and approach a flying school, and tell them you completed all your exams, and you are there only for flying, and with that said you will save money which flying school charges for ground training. Complete your flying with full dedication in about 4 to 6 months and get your CPL.

The CPL is 24 months duration course at GFTS, Bangalore. The eligibility criteria for Commercial Pilot License (CPL):
1. Age :- Min Age 17 Yrs.
2. Educational qualification :- 10 + 2 Passed with Physics and Maths from recognized board or equivalent.
3. MEDICAL FITTNESS :- Should possess good physique /eye sight and should be medically fit as per the standards laid down in the Indian Aircraft Rules. Candidates are required to undergo Medical Examination with a DGCA approved Medical Practitioner / Medical Board and found fit. Fitness is subject to the assessment by the Director General of Civil Aviation New Delhi.
Admission procedure :- Applications for admission to CPL / PPL Course to be deposited in person at GFTS by the candidate and has to appear for a Written Test Interview Pilot aptitude test and Medical Class-II before the final admission.

Packages offered: - CPL with Cessna 172 P/S endorsement only : 20 /21 Lakhs :20 /21 Lacs. This package includes admission charges and charges for conduct of theoretical l/ground classes and Flight Training.
Mode of payment: - For CPL 06 lacs at the time of admission, rest amount to be paid in 03 more installments after every 03 months.
