Yes, you may opt for NDA and just clear the test and you will be eligible for the same.

To become a Pilot in the Indian Navy, one has to complete his training at NDA or Naval Academy, complete his sea training as a Cadet for 6 months and as a Midshipman for another 6 months. Clear the Midshipman board to be promoted as a Sub Lieutenant. If you have chosen the Executive branch, you need to volunteer for Pilot training as and when it is notified by the Naval HQs provided you meet all the criteria notified. If you have failed in your PABT you are not eligible.

Honestly, I haven't heard much about both these two. But, give a chance I would suggest MBA in international studies over aviation.

The eligibility for seeking admission in aircraft maintenance engineering course is 10 + 2 in physics chemistry and math. As you had done your Diploma after plus two stages you are definitely eligible for this and yes wearing spectacles or glasses does not debar you from taking admission and even subsequently working on the aircraft as a maintenance engineer.
