Cabin Crew are trained for appropriate grooming sessions so that they become presentable and personable as per the airline's requirement.
Hence if you are shortlisted during the interview to be a cabin crew than the scar will not put any hindrance.
Your trainings and grooming a will let you prepare for the flights accordingly.

Yes you can pursue career as a Cabin Crew. The educational requirement is just 12th pass. Graduation will be additional qualification although it is not a requisite.
In general Candidate Profile for Freshers for cabin crew is as under :
Age:Between 18 and 27 years
Minimum Height:Men - 170 cms and Women - 157 cms
Weight:In proportion to height
Educational Qualification:HSC (10 + 2). Candidates who are appearing for their HSC examinations can also apply
Physical features:Pleasing personality, clear complexion (scars, pimples and blemishes not acceptable) and good eyesight
Marital Status:Unmarried
Language skills:Fluency in English and Hindi. P

Pilots are highly paid professionals and the salaries range in Lacs per month. You may start training at any age below 30 provided you are medically fit as per DGCA requirements. You need to understand that Pilot training is governed and regulated by DGCA and it is irrespective of the flying school you choose to train with. You should understand that AME course ends with a graduation degree in B.Sc. After you clear BAMEC and a AME License after you clear BAMEL. The License is issued by DGCA and the degree is awarded by the conducting university / college. This License allows the candidate to work as an aircraft technician with any airline and further become an Aircraft Engineering for the same. Hence the course has got a very good scope as AME's are in demand provided you do the course with complete dedication and get the License issued by DGCA with all the approvals.
