You will have to confirm it from the civil aviation authority of your nation, if they will accept an Indian licence to be converted to their licence. If they allow such a provision, then you can fly in India for CPL.
Indian students also go overseas to fly for CPL training. After completion of CPL outside India, the license gets converted to India CPL by DGCA India.
Similarly, you will have to confirm if they allow conversion of Indian CPL to your country's CPL.

Yes, it's hard as JEE Main but not as hard as JEE Advanced. If you want to crack this, you have to clear your all concepts of 11th & 12th standard.
