You may visit Jet Airways Training Academy for cabin crew training or Frankfinn is also not a bad option either. Being a crew is a very nice job option. Airlines are always on a hiring spree for cabin crew positions to facilitate their growing fleet size. You may or may not be assisted by your training institute in getting a placement but believe me the real intent to get placed lies in you. Your own self-confidence, interpersonal skills, communication ability and multilingual attitude shall assist you to get a job as a cabin crew. It is a good option to look forward to this position as your career goal. The training imparted by such institutes are ranging from a period of 2-6 months and the fee lies within one Lacs. You may join Jet Airways Training Academy or Frankfinn's Academy. Although, as per my own experience, I feel that you actually do not require any training for this job.
There are some other key points which you must always be kept in mind. You should be confident, well versed in communication skills and obviously good interpersonal skills. Any intellect who has these capabilities stands out from the crowd.
An additional advantage can always be gained when you have the knowledge of foreign language especially those foreign languages which are spoken in the countries of operation of your airline.
You should always know very well to carry your personality because cabin crew make the face of the airline and they are one who interacts with the passengers at first instance.
