Great Idea! Go ahead. CPL hardly matters if it is not done from IGRUA. IGRUA and some courses from NFTI Gondia allows you to get a placement in their tie-up airlines.

Simply go ahead and try again. There is no such rule which stops you from appearing again if you fail in first attempt.
So just try to recollect all your failures and there remedies. Get prepared and go for it.

For pilot course, they usually test your aptitude and reasoning ability. You can refer NDA preparation book, it is based on class 10 and 10+2 syllabus. IGRUA conducts entrance exams for such course and they have limited seats each time. They don't expect you to come prepared as pilot. But you should be ready aptitude wise to justify there needs.

Yes you can. For commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible. Further, you should be aware that you are medically fit to be a pilot, so I would suggest you to visithttp://www.dgca.nic.in/medical/medical-ind.htmand go to the class 2nd examiners tab to find out doctors who will examine you for initial fitness. Medical standards are strictly followed in aviation. For cabin crew, the relaxation is.25 for the weaker eye whereas the other eye should be perfectly alright. In such case, I fear you shall not qualify as per these standards. Certain amount of laser surgery is also allowed in cases where the treatment and it's results are permanent. Consult with any doctor who conducts medical examinations for airline staff.
