Placement is never guaranteed. Getting a job during placements heavily depends on your performance in college, and aptitude in the interview. Placements opportunities are good for this course from Aptech Aviation and Hospitality Academy (VIMAS Aviation Programs), Bangalore.

Admission is based on the marks obtained in graduation. Eligible candidates can apply online or offline with required information. Candidate must be a graduate from any recognized university.

When it comes to eyesight, the norm these days is that the candidate should have perfect eyesight (6/6) for at least one eye. And for the other eye, imperfection of up to (6/9) is allowed. But the imperfection must be a correctable one, correctable to (6/6).

Yes, you can apply to flying schools. Pilots can work for commercial airlines or the Military Aviation of India. There are separate eligibility criteria for both. There are over 360 Aviation colleges in India, where you can apply for a course in aviation. Use the link provided below for a detailed list of these schools. You should be able to navigate to a school and course of your choice. Download colleges brochure, read questions and student reviews. You need not worry, so far company will come to recruit you itself. You need to qualify the exam and then the medical fitness/vision test etc.
