Getting a Job after completing CPL depends on the present market needs.
Nowadays, airlines have started looking towards type rated candidates. Some airlines have also switched to training the candidates through their own cadet pilot programmes.
There are some airlines who actually hire candidates who have a commercial pilot license and the selection process includes:
1. Technical Exam
2. Compass Test
3. Interview
4. Medicals
5. Induction.
Some airline also put Psychometric test and group discussion, as a part of their selection procedure.
Others who look for candidates with Type Rating on certain fleet like Airbus or Boeing or ATR, for simulator check and interview followed by medicals.
You may target vacancies for CPL holders, which are comparatively less in numbers when compared to those of type rated pilots.
So, after CPL, you may have to go for type rating depending on which airline you are targeting and of course, the decision shall also be influenced by the current market.
So, extra expenses after CPL is of getting type rated on any particular fleet to get a job and that depends on the current market needs.

Both the profiles that you have mentioned here are way different from each other. There is nothing comparable between them. Hence, there are only and only difference.
Commercial Pilot flies the plane and does the operational duty for the airline whereas someone who has done B.Sc. Aviation might be working for any department as per the company requirements. It may be operations, ground handling, ramp duties, cargo, hub control, etc.
B.Sc Aviation is merely a graduation degree which allows you to call yourself a graduate and hence, eligible for any job that requires it's candidates to be a graduate.
And, on the other hand, Commercial Pilot Course is a professional training which helps you earn a Commercial Pilot License and hence, you qualify to apply as a pilot for any airline that is hiring fresh CPL pilots.

To have a training for the pilot, one should have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. For admission, there is a written test that comprises test papers like English, Maths, physics, reasoning, general awareness, and current affairs. The minimum age to get enroll in a pilot training institute is 17 years. One has to fulfill the medical standard as prescribed by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). 1. BBA in Airport Management:
The good news is that many BBA Programs allow students to specialize in certain area/discipline. In our case, it is a programme that focuses on the running and management of an airport. If one is keen on improving one's qualifications, then he/she may also go for an MBA degree after completing BBA programme.
2. Diploma in Airport Management:
This is a Diploma course that lasts 1 year and focuses solely on the area of Airport Management. While it does a better job of dealing with the technical details, when compared to BBA programme, I must also admit, that this Diploma Degree doesn't possess as much value as the BBA Programme does. A good way to solve this problem is by going for a Post Graduate Diploma in Airport Management after finishing any Graduation course.
3. Commercial Pilot Training:
Among many jobs that the Aviation sector provides, this one has to be the most glamorous as well as rewarding one. But, Commercial Pilot training is very costly. On the other hand, once finished, this course will ensure that you land a well rewarding job.
4. Diploma in Ground Staff and Cabin Crew Training:
This Diploma course is aimed at training students to take on roles of Air Hostess, Steward on Flights. The course duration varies, but is generally 6 months or 1 year long.
5. Diploma in aviation hospitality has become an indispensable element, no matter what Industry we are dealing with. The aviation sector is no different, it too requires qualified and skilled professionals, who are capable of taking care of Hospitality needs of the Aviation sector.
6. Aeronautical Engineering:
A technical course that lasts 4 years, BE/B.Tech Degree in Aeronautical Engineering will help you land a job related to the Aviation sector. Aeronautical Engineering is all about designing, manufacturing and maintaining Aircraft.
7 B.Sc Aviation:
B.Sc in Aviation is a 3 years long Undergraduate Degree programme. This course covers topics such as Air Regulations, Navigation, Meteorology, Aircraft and Engine, Air Traffic Control, Aviation Security, Flight Safety and Crew Management. After pursuing this course, successful candidates may take up jobs such as Air Traffic Controller, Ground operations staff, Cargo management staff, Ticketing staff etc.
8 Diploma in Airfare and Ticketing Management:
This course will suit those who want to take up a ground duty job. It is a Diploma certificate course.

The educational qualification is 10+2 or equivalent with 55% marks in Physics and Maths individually for General Category candidates and 50% marks individually in Physics and Maths for SC/ST/OBC candidates. All candidates must have passed English at 10+2 level as one of the subjects. Candidates should appear for Written Entrance Examination and Pilot Aptitude Test, followed by the final selection by an interview board comprising of representatives from industry bigwigs like NACIL, DGCA, Psychologist and IGRUA examiners.
Although, candidates with less than 17 years, may be permitted to undergo selection process, but they must not be less than 17 years before joining the course.
