Getting into any stream won't promise you a job assurance anyways. Moreover, a pilot job requires a lot more hard work, dedication and sincerity than other regular jobs. So, my only suggestion for you is to go for it if you are really interested. You'll certainly grab the job if you have the necessary abilities and qualifications.

Eligibility for admission to flying Institute is 12th with PCM. If you have this qualification, surely you can seek admission. For detail after diploma, I would advise you to directly approach your intended flying school for clarification.

There is a ranking system in flight schools, as it is all flight schools must follow certain standards which they do. So you can browse through various flying school website to check the cost, facilities, services, etc.
