CPL commercial pilots license
AME Aircraft Maintenance Engineer
Cabin Crew training
B.Sc Aeronautics
B.Sc aviation
Except for cabin crew you must have completed minimum 17 years age and must have passed 10+2 with physics + mathematics

In Airlines typical schedule is 12 days on roaster, 8 days standby, 10 days off in a month. The eligibility is +2 with maths and science, CPL for ATR class and ATPL for jets.

There is nothing called ground pilot except people who fly drone. Assuming you question was on flying pilot following information may help you.
