Airline management refers to provide services only to airline such as marketing, customer services, baggage etc while airport management refers to provide services to airport such as lounges, boarding gates etc.
As airport management is a government job, it is more promising career sine you have job stability.

B.Sc aviation is offered by few institutes like Indira Gandhi Rastriya Uran academy and Thakur college Mumbai. the course cost around 40 lakhs and admission is based on entrance exam a student who has studied physics chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 50 percent at 10+2 level are eligible for it. Indira Gandhi RUA offers CPL combined with B.Sc in aviation.

As you have already done diploma in Airline Management, so you can apply for Airport or Airlines jobs. The starting salary may be less as compared to other fields but it is also good career option.

You need to join a good institute who can offer you CPL hope you have done your 10+2 with physics chemistry Biology and have done your eye and medical checkup you also need to keep budget ready of around 40 lakhs for the training.
One of such reputed institute is Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Udan academy Fursatganj Airfield, Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh 229302
They offer CPL along with B.Sc aviation which is a good combination e the Ab-initio to CPL course is conducted on regular basis whereas the other courses are conducted on requests as per requirements of the individual.
