There are future goals for you after BAMS:
1. General practice: You can start practice and earn money in million, let me tell you that such practice require your interpersonal skill which will help you to deal with your patient's while making your customers healthy and wise.
2. Clinical research: You can join research at Ph.D level, as Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has research support provision for degree holders of BAMS and given the specific name of research drive-AYUSH. After this degree you can join any University as professor which pays you in smart way as per sixth pay commission, mind it is a patience oriented job

Yes, you can study abroad after BAMS. I would recommend you to identify the right course for yourself and also check the eligibility before applying for the desired course. In Canada, there are ample opportunities for Doctors. You need to identify your preferred location for pursuing higher studies abroad. It depends on the institute actually. Basic eligibility although is 10+2, but there might be some age bar that you check individually from the colleges.
