Basic eligibility for candidate who wants to pursue MD in Forensic Science is that the individual should have completed MBBS with a 1-year internship, along with a permanent registration with the Medical Council of India or any State Medical Council. So, you might not be eligible to pursue an MD in Forensic Science after B.A. M. S. However, many institutes offering this course admit students based on their performance in a relevant entrance test. The candidate having the BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) degree is eligible to be called as a doctor and eligible to do the private practice. Job opportunities also exists in government sector. One can get a job in government Ayurveda hospital as an ayurvedic pharmacist. After the completion of this course, candidates also have opportunity to open their own retail shop of Ayurveda medicines. Teaching field is also open for BAMS graduates. MBA is good for industrial job point of view but MD is beneficial if you opt for your practice or hospital jobs.
