Of course, with NEET score of 376 and All India Rank of 429898, your probabilities of getting enrolled in any of the government colleges for Bsc Nursing in Rajasthan or any of the BAMS government college in All India can be described as unpredictable to say the least. For (link unavailable) Nursing in Rajasthan the Selection criteria for government colleges are below 400-450 for General category. The cutoff score ranges from 350 to 500 for General category barring of course some regional government colleges that come under BAMSCLUSION category. To get admission to BAMS and Veterinary Science courses in Karnataka, one needs a minimum of the following marks:

It would be difficult for someone to secure an admission seat at Shri Narayan Prasad Awasthi Government Ayurved College for BAMS with a NEET score of 43.51%ile, OBC rank of 581,435, and an All India rank of 1,311,042. Because cut-off ranks are generally much lower for government colleges, they are for BAMS programs, which tend to be much sought after.
However, the chances were much better if you belonged to a particular state or category having some reservation. So, watch out for that state-wise cutoff and counseling processes since some states have less required cut-off leaving their students with admission possibilities.

It's possible that there may be upcoming rounds after the SVR DU (Second Vacancy Round) in the AYUSH counseling for BAMS, depending on the number of vacant seats. Typically, after the first rounds of counseling, if seats remain unfilled, additional rounds may be conducted to accommodate more candidates.
However, the exact schedule and availability of further rounds will depend on the specific counseling process for the current year. I recommend keeping a close watch on the official AYUSH counseling website or contacting the counseling authorities directly for updates regarding any subsequent rounds.
