Yes,45% for General Category, 40.5% for OBC and for SC/ST/PWD category minimum pass marks in the qualifying examination of DU or at least the same % of pass marks at the qualifying exam as prescribed for the equivalent exam of DU. For those having CGPA under the CBCS programme the equivalence of marks will be as per DU guidelines.

Yes, Diploma is treated as equal to 12th, so with an equivalency certificate, you can apply for any Bachelor courses B.Sc/ LE B.Sc. IT, B.Sc. CS BCA/ LE YEAR BE, B.Tech/ B.Com/BAetc.

Well, you can do a Diploma and graduation simultaneously. You can start a Diploma in any engineering course on a regular basis and pursue Graduation from some open universities like IGNOU it's completely valid but when you will apply for government jobs you can use only one Certificate as per my knowledge but you can use both in private jobs. But I would suggest it is not the right way to proceed even if it permits. You should stick to one path, complete it and then go for another. Keep learning.

Firstly go for PG in the same subject if u are interested in the teaching profession, if not then u can go for M.Com MBA u would definitely get better opportunities for the job you like the weather in Banking, commerce, industrial estate, etc. Go ahead and keep going.
