BA and BA (hons) are two prominent courses of Humanities stream. The main difference is that BA curriculum contains history, social Science and other general subjects. In BA (Hons), one has to choose a specialisation. The curriculum will then have subjects according to the specialisation.

There is no age limit for doing the LL.B. Course as per a Supreme Court directive passed in 2017. However your parent Colleges will allow you or not after a gap of 29 years is a big question and your College can answer this in better way. Hence its better to pursue the LL.B. Course from its beginning because you have also not given the Ist year of exams. If you are from Maharashtra than MAH LL.B. 3 Years CET is conducted by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State is the best platform for LL.B. Course and after passing this you can get best Law Colleges for pursuing the LL.B. Course.

You can do your BA and B.Ed together. For that, you must get 60% in your entrance exam for the integrated course.
