Most of the open universities in India offer BA courses by correspondence or distance learning. You may choose open university based on your subject of choice and it will not make much difference if it's not BA Hons.

DU and BHU have the best colleges for this, also, in case you stand eligible you can apply for JNU. It depends on the cut off of the colleges.

Yes, in LPU you can pursue a Master's degree in mass communication and journalism (MA in Journalism and Mass Communication) after completing BA with English as majors. All you need to have is 50% marks and all clear result in Bachelors.

There is no age limit or restriction for pursuing MBA however there is no point on doing MBA if you cannot make into top 50 institutes as it makes virtually impossible to get a job. Second, you need to justify for your age and gap in education also. So plan accordingly. If you don't get into top 50 institutes then join a job, gain some experience and do a part time MBA from a good, well reputed institute.
