At the time of provisional admission, shortlisted candidates must pay the first-semester admission fees through the online payment gateway. The fee amount differs for Indian and Foreign candidates. Yes, Rabindra Bharati University reserves seats for various categories while admitting students to its BA courses. The seat reservation policies followed by the university are as follows:

  • Five seats in each course offered by the Faculty of Arts are reserved for candidates applying for admission under the Sports Quota.
  • Reservation of seats for ST/SC/OBC-A/OBC-B/EWS/PWD categories will be as per the West Bengal Government rules.
  • Reserved category candidates from states other than West Bengal will be treated as unreserved category candidates

Admissions to MAHE programmes are open usually in October/November and students are encouraged to apply early since the institute offers limited seats for BA and other course. Applicants can apply before appearing for their final exams. The Admissions Committee will take into account the marks of previous year/exams in processing the applications. Applicants who receive offer letters can join with a provisional admission and submit their results later. To retain their admission, students must have received a minimum 45% in a board recognised by the Government of India.
