Based on the India Toady 2023 ranking under the 'Humanities & Social Sciences' category, the college has climbed 1 ranks to the #9 rank under the 'Humanities & Social Sciences' category. Keshav Mahavidyalaya is a new colleges of Delhi University, it has limited hostel accomodation. The eligibility criteria states on the official website of the college to get a hostel room in the college is, if any outstation or NCR girl student who has secured admission to any regular undergraduate course (including BA) offered by the College is eligible for Hostel Accommodation.
