The SPA Delhi JEE Main round 5 closing rank for BArch was 238 for general- all India category candidates, 380 for OBC- all India category candidates and 48 for ST- all Indian category candidates. The cutoff informartion is for the year 2024. However, the cutoff for Bachelor of Planning was 120 for ST- all India categroy. Candidates seeking admission can select a course as per the rank obtained by them in the entrance exam. Also, candidates can predict their college by entering their rank, category, domicile on the shiksha college predictor.

There is no provision for lateral admission to the second year or at any stage during the five-year BArch course offered at ASADI Kochi. The institute offers admission in BArch under merit and management seats. Candidates need to complete a minimum of Class 12 in relevant subjects with at least 45% aggregate to apply for BArch programme.

ASADI Kochi admission to BArch course is based on NATA score. Aspirants wishing to take admission in merit seats need to follow the instructions of the Commissioner of Entrance examinations for mark and rank uploading. The institute releases a rank list based on academic eligibility and admission interview for seats offered under the management quota.

The total tuition fee for the B.Arch program at Balwant Sheth School of Architecture, NMIMS Mumbai, is approximately INR 21,20,000. 120 - 150 is termed as a good score in NATA. MIT School of Architecture offers 80 seats in the first year of the B.Arch program. There is no specific NATA score cutoff mentioned for admission to the B.Arch programme at MIT School of Architecture. NATA score of 130 should be sufficient for getting admission to the B.Arch programme at MIT School of Architecture, MIT ADT University, provided the candidate meets the other eligibility criteria.
