No, you can't get admission in Dev Bhoomi School of Architecture, Planning and Design BArch course without NATA. The university accepts students for the other courses on a merit basis. But, if you want to enrol in the BArch course, NATA is mandatory.

Yes, you can apply offline for Dev Bhoomi School of Architecture, Planning and Design admissions. Students can walk-in to the university campus and get the application form. The visit can be made from Mon - Sun. The admission counsellors at the unviersity will guide you through the process.

Students have to submit some documents for Dev Bhoomi School of Architecture, Planning and Design admissions & application. The list is as below:
- Class 10 and Class 12 pass certificate and marksheet
- Three copies of UG mark sheet and pass certificate (for admission to a PG course)
- Age proof certificate
- Original copy of transfer certificate/ school leaving certificate
- Original migration certificate
- Original character certificate
- Three copies of certificate claiming reservation benefits
- Three copies of certificate of sports participation at university/ state/ national level

At Dev Bhoomi School of Architecture, Planning and Design, students are selected on either merit or entrance. The course-wise selection is as below:
- BDes & BSc = Merit-based (Class 12 score)
- MPlan & MSc = Merit-based (Graduation)
- BArch = NATA score

- Class 12 with minimum aggregate of 45% (50% for BArch & BDes) for UG admissions
- Complete graduation in relevant field for PG admissions

Dev Bhoomi School of Architecture, Planning and Design admissions for most courses are merit-based. The college accepts entrance-based admissions only for BArch. For remaining courses, qualifying Class 10/12/ graduation depending on course is enough.
