Hi,
There are no minimum marks to qualify JEE Main paper 2. The cut-off is based on the number of aspirants as well as their performance. Only the rank of JEE Main paper 2 is required. According to past year patterns, if you get 70% and above in JEE Mains paper 2 you may get a seat in any NIT.

Planning is a 4 year programme. The work nature is different for both B.Arch graduate and B. Planning graduates. The salary packages will be different for a B.Arch graduate and B. Planning graduate. The minimum marks required to take admission in SPA Delhi is 50% for SC category candidate and 60% for open category candidate. NATA stands for National Aptitude Test in Architecture. As per my knowledge to secure a seat in SPA Delhi you need to score a minimum of 55% i.e 105 out of 200 marks in NATA examination.
