Pillai College of Architecture has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
CoursesEligibility
M.ArchCandidate must have completed Bachelor Degree in Architecture from All India Council for Technical Education or Council of Architecture or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least mentioned marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories / EWS /PWD belonging to Maharashtra State only.
Candidates appearing for final year of qualifying examination are also eligible.
B.ArchCandidate who have passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised Institute/ University can also apply.
Candidates appearing for 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics in the current year may also provisionally appear for NATA-2023.

Yes, Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT), Nagpur offers a five-year full-time BArch programme spread over 10 semesters. BArch admission at VNIT Nagpur starts usually in the month of December with the beginning of JEE Main applications.

No. AAT scores will not be considered for BArch admissions into IITs. The candidates are just required to qualify AAT to be eligible for admissions. During the allotment process, the candidate's qualifying status in AAT and JEE Advanced ranks will be taken into consideration by the authorities. Therefore, the candidates are required to accordingly submit their choice of colleges for BArch admissions during the counselling process.

While the precise cutoff varies from year to year and from one university to another, a score in the range of 220 to 250 is generally seen as favourable. Your chances of getting admitted into a respected architectural college to pursue a B.Arch programme are increased if you achieve this score.
Candidates must earn 75% of the possible points in class 12 in order to appear in JEE Advanced and pursue a B.Arch at IIT.
In order to be admitted to B Arch, applicants must meet the requirements listed below: A minimum average score of 50% (45% for candidates from the reserved category) in the Science stream, including relevant topics like maths,
