- National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA)
- Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main Paper-2

Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Scholarship - Under this scheme gross fee charged by the university will be reimbursed to the student subject to the maximum limit of Rs. 10,000 per student per annum.
Candidates whose family incomes is less than INR 2 LPA, who have passed 10+2 or completed graduation from a recognised university are eligible for the scholarship.
M. F. H. BEG EDUCATION FUND (SCHOLARSHIP)- Under this scheme, the amount of the scholarship will be Rs.10, 000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) or amount of gross annual fee, whichever is lower per candidate per academic year.

Below mentioned is the eligibility criteria for admission to the B.Arch programme at SB Patil College of architecture & design:
Eligibility: Class 12th exam from a recognised board of education with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Information practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with a minimum 45% aggregate,

10+3 Diploma in Mathematics with a minimum 45% aggregate.

SB Patil College of Architecture and Design accepts admission to its BArch programme through CAP counselling for 114 seats. For reaming 6 seats the college offers admission through management quota. If any candidate who have missed participating in counselling for any reason can apply directly to the institute under management quota and apply for same.

SB Patil College of Architecture and Design accepts online application of the students who have participated in CAP counselling. Candidates who are interested in pursuing BArch programme at the college must appear for entrance test and with a valid score must participate in counselling. There are three online rounds on CAP counselling.

Jamia Milia Islamia-Faculty of Architecture & Ekistics accepts the JEE Main exam score and rank for admission to B.Arch. course. The candidates also need to meet the eligibility criteria of having 50% marks in aggregate with Mathematics, English, Physics, and Chemistry as subjects in 10+2 examination or equivalent diploma. The admission process also involves an aptitude test and an interview conducted by the institute.
