BArch is one of the top course of SSPU. BArch has been mapped as per the job roles in demand in the industry. During the course, tenure students shall go through skill enhancement comprising internship and integrated seminars & workshops on selected topics working on real-time problems with the application of scientific methods. After completing the course, students also get opportunities in MNCs through the SSPU placement drive.

The university shortlists candidates for BArch course based on their applications and NATA score. Aspirants can also apply for the course with their SAT score. Eligibility will be calculated with the weightage of 50% marks for aptitude tests and 50% marks in the qualifying examination. Candidates who have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects or Diploma with Mathematics as a compulsory subject are eligible to apply for the BArch course. Yes, BArch is a five year course offered at the UG level. The course curriculum centers on the design of new buildings and places (urban/ suburban/ rural) and includes various functional and conceptual topics related to multiple housing strategies, institutions, mixed-use, public facilities, etc. Design coursework covers professional, technical, and theoretical topics concerning architectural history and others. Candidates can apply for the course only after completing Class 12 from a recognised school.

BArch applicants should have passed Class 12 or equivalent with at least 50 per cent marks or Class 10 along with a three-year Diploma in any stream. Candidate must have studied Mathematics as a compulsory subject in Class 12. Final selection is done on the basis of NATA scores, a candidate must have at least 80 per cent marks in NATA to clear the Cutoff.

as many as 75% of seats in BTech are allotted by ACPC body, however, 25% of seats are filled with a valid JEE Main score. Under BArch, a total of 30 seats are allotted by ACPC while rest of the 10 seats are filled based on NATA score.

In order to take admission to BArch programme, candidates must appear for NATA exam. Candidate must have passed Class 12 from PCM stream or equivalent with minimum 50% aggregate to be eligible for admission.
