Eligibility for IAS is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognised university, there's no minimum aggregate required in this case, you need to be 21 years old and you can apply even in the final year. Yes, every university and college have provided the option of branch change, for the students after passing first year, so that if any doubt still prevails in the mind of a student after taking admission in first year, he/she can then change his/her respective branch in second year. You need to check your interest and also the suitability of the entrance in to the world of architecture as you must have not given the NATA test.
