Surely you can get a government college with NATA score of 108 and 10+2 percentage of above 90%.

Candidates who have completed their 10 + 2 examination with Physics, Chemistry
and Mathematics or 10+ 3 Diploma with Mathematics as subject of study can
appear for NATA 2023. Candidates appearing for 10+2 examination with Physics,
Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects of study or 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics
in the current year may also provisionally appear for NATA-2023.
Candidates may note that NATA 2023 is the qualifier for admission to B.Arch.
program offered by Universities/ Institutions in the country, subject to the fulfillment
of eligibility criteria as prescribed by the Council.

Yes, you are eligible to take admission to Architecture course with 87 in NATA and 74.2% in 12th (hopefully PCM average is above 50%).

Hi, Yes if you have your 10+2 scores above 80% then you have good chances to get admission to Dayananda Sagar College with a NATA Score of 79.

Hi, As per the previous years data, it may not be possible to get NIT, but just try once because there are high chances that the cutoff maybe reduced.

Based on your percentile in JEE Mains B.Arch, you have a good chance of getting admission to some of the National Institutes of Technology (NITs) you will not get the top NITs but you can try for NITs in north east and other new NITs . There will be high chance of getting new NITs and you can for sure consider that you will get NITs of North East.
