After the rank list, counseling process and selection of seats by candidates will start based on the rank list.

No, you can't get admission in spa Delhi with this score in JEE Mains paper 2. I will suggest you to go for private colleges like Amity University or Lovely Professional University in Delhi for Bachelor of Architecture Courses.
