Hi,
Yes, moreover both are same and B.Arch in India is very technical and will give you a strong base but in India Bachelor's degree are not worth of spending two years in it so better job aspects you can join B.Arch abroad. Thank you.

Candidates will not be enrolled to the architecture programme unless they have completed their 10+2 examination with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also, 50% marks aggregate in the 10+2 level examination. Only those candidates who comply with the revised eligibility criteria can seek admission to the B.Plan & B.Arch course.

Your NATA score is good enough to take admission in Andhra University. However, you better try for a better university as you have good marks.

Frankly speaking, you don't need any special coaching to crack any exam. Self discipline and devoted time of study is very important. Also solve as many previous years as you can and practice on calculating speed.

I fear not, no one is clear with the percentile system still, but if we look at the rank then it is not possible for you to get admission as for the general category the seats closed for 2800 rank I guess or 3000 for the SFS batch for general category.

There is no such thing as placement, especially in B.Arch top institutions like SPA and IIT's. NIT's do give their students campus placements but that too really few in number, normally one gets a job after completing an internship programme for an architectural firm.
