Hi,
It depends on your 12th score also. Also, it varies every year, since it depends on the number of students applying for the institute with higher scores, and also on the results some times. An average percentile can be taken as around 93-99 percentile is required to get admission in Sir J College of Architecture.

The minimum eligibility for getting admission in NITs is 75% in 12th + JEE Mains rank. So, 12th marks Re considered at the time of admission for B.Arch programme.

No, it's not possible for you to get admission in any of the government colleges with this rank in Mains Paper 2. Its better to go with private institutes.

Yes, you can get admission in TCE-Madurai with 101 marks in NATA. But you will get a seat in the second or third round. So, apply for this college and wait patiently for the next rounds.

There are only 9 NITs offering B.Arch courses where the total number of seats are 559. Therefore, a seat in NITs is not possible with this percentile. I suggest you go with JEE Advanced and based on its rank you might get a seat in IITs. Else, you have to go with the private institutes.
