Candidates having 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognised by Central/State Government with 50% aggregate marks with Mathematics or international baccalaureate Diploma passed/appearing after 10 years of Schooling with 50% marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as compulsory subject of examination are eligible to apply. Hope you are doing well. No, you are not allowed to get NITs with 152 marks and 64.8% in CBSE because you are from general category and your marks do not satisfy NITs cut-off offered for general category. You can try for some other colleges which accept JEE Mains paper 2 score and ranks.
NITs won't be possible for you.

It's considered as one of the toughest undergraduate programs in the world.
In fact, I believe that there is also a Guinness World Record for architecture to be the toughest undergraduate programme as many students leave the course in between.
