No,
Not at all. For getting NIT-Rourkela, you have to secure a rank with AIR 1500, which needs above 240 marks in JEE Mains paper 2.

If you are from Delhi or have done your high school from Delhi, then it will be easy for you to get a seat there.
You may get a seat if you are from outside Delhi too but there are only 6-7 seats in here. But you may try for the counselling.

Best career option is to go for that course where your interest lies. Both B.Tech and B.Arch are great career options and have great career opportunities. So, if you are fond of Technology and want to gain Technical knowledge about the different branches of engineering, then you should go for B.Tech. And, if you are interested in designing Buildings, structures and different architectures, then you should go for pursuing B.Arch.
