Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if your try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Arch. You are in a safe zone if you have marks above 200. Last year the cutoff of B.Arch at Jamia was near 250, but still if you scored 220+ then there is a chance for selection through waiting lists. There are more chances that you will get this college. All the best.
