If you are doing B.Com along with CA then it is a very good thing because you will be preparing for B.Com along with it. Also, B.Com is not a tough course and if you are going to take computers as a special subject then you are going to get more knowledge about computer and computerized accounting which is going to help you in both ways B.Com. Yes, by scoring well in entrance exams - MMS CET, profile can have impact at a later stage during the MBA program but not in the entrance.

Hi,
There are many options for courses which you can pursue along with B.Com such as CA/CWA/CS and few certification courses in SAP. You can also pursue other Erp packages/Share Market/excel courses.
But before you go for any one of the above, I recommend you to check with your college whether they will permit you to pursue the course or not.

I would suggest you to go for BMCC among these two. Regular graduation carries far more value than distance one. BMCC is one of the top commerce colleges in Maharashtra state.

A candidate with B.Com can submit an application to various jobs under the UPSC, SSC, IFS, Banks, Postal service, Railways, Defense, and State PCS, etc.
Central Government Jobs after B.Com:
Most of the Central government job vacancies are filled by the UPSC examinations. The UPSCs highest grade of examinations which a B.com graduate can appear is the IAS, IFS, IPS and other central government services. The SSC also hold different tests as to fill the vacancies in different government organizations like Accounts assistant, Tax assistant, Grade III Exam, Combined Metric Level and Combined Graduate Level Exam, etc.

wanting to do MBA is a general aspiration. I would suggest please decide the stream in which you want to specialise.
