SOL doesn't have specialised course in B.Com for ICAI students whereas IGNOU has. It would be better to opt for IGNOU course specifically designed for ICAI students.

Hello Rakesh! You might face difficulty in getting a call from the old IIMs(due to low academic scores). However, if you score well in CAT(96+ percentile), you might get a call from at least the new IIMs(99+ for the old ones). So focus on getting a great score in CAT. All the best!
